Don’t be afraid to see how sausage is made. Guest hands on; guests will learn proper ratio, mixing, stuffing, and cooking technique. We’ll taste a variety of different sausages and all guests will bring home fresh sausages to make for their families and friends. Sausages made in this class are pork based and made with natural casings.
